The company was founded in 2001 in Zurich, Switzerland. The main focus was on training and development services related to development of enterprise software.
In 2010 the focus shifted towards services related to agile methodologies and in particular Scrum. Since then we have trained and coached numerous teams in Switzerland, Europe and Northern America. We speak at conferences and similar public venues on various agile topics.
Klaus Bucka-Lassen has a masters degree in Computer Science from Aarhus University, Denmark. He has found interest in product development processes since the early 90s when he discovered rapid prototyping. In 2010 he became a Certified ScrumMaster, then in 2011 a Certified Scrum Professional, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner in 2012. He has co-trained 23 CSM and Scrum@Scale classes with Jeff Sutherland, JJ Sutherland, Joe Justice, and Jef Cumps between November 2010 and today. Klaus is convinced that being agile is the currently best-known answer to the worlds ever growing complexity. He has worked for all kinds of clients in the banking, insurance, pharma, and manufacturing industry all over Europe and North America.
Jonas Andersen holds a B. Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science from De Montfort University, United Kingdom. He has been working with software development for nearly 20 years and has experience with the full cycle from pre-project tenders and RFPs through development to post-production support. His roles have covered software development and architecture as well as project management. Currently he pursues development projects as well as teaching and coaching teams and organizations on modern software development practices. He has co-trained the CSM course with Jeff Sutherland and JJ Sutherland and is a Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
