Agility & Scrum (1st Day)

This module focuses on understanding what agility is and what it brings to the table. You’ll learn essential terms like complex vs. complicated, push vs. pull, and effectiveness vs. efficiency, enabling participants to engage in discussions and actively support their organization’s journey toward becoming (more) agile.

Experience Scrum firsthand and dive into its key elements: accountabilities, events, artifacts and its commitments. You’ll learn how Scrum differs from traditional approaches and why working in iterations and delivering increments is critical. This session covers practical examples, exercises, and applications of Scrum in various fields.

Product Owner Role (2nd Day)

This full-day module delves into the responsibilities of a Product Owner, focusing on writing effective user stories, backlog refinement, Minimal-Viable-Products (MVPs), stakeholder management. Participants will learn strategies to manage a product backlog, run productive Sprint Reviews, and ensure successful product delivery.

Target Audience

This course is ideal for Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and anyone interfacing with a Scrum team. It’s also beneficial for stakeholders, managers, and those looking to deepen their understanding of agile practices and the Product Owner role.
